Allez Cuisine is a reality show which performs skill of super chefs. Allez Cuisine performs 2 chefs who are from different hotels. Allez Cuisine tests the ability of each chef in processing food ingredient. Allez Cuisine serves local and international foods which have excellent taste. Each chef has same time (1 hour) to finish their cooking. Each chef is tested on clearness, neat, and ability to decorate dish. They are helped by 2 assistants in doing their work. Allez Cuisine invites 3 professional juries to test dishes.

At the end of show, the owner of “Kitchen Stadium” (Derry Drajat) will announce the winner’s name who has right of the prize. In Allez Cuisine; the chef not only struggles prizes, but they also must perform their skill in cooking (Chef who wins 10 times competition will be called “Super Chef”). If you want to learn cooking, you can see Allez Cuisine. Who likes cooking? You can attend Allez Cuisine! Allez Cuisine is a competition which meets cooking’s winner from all areas of indonesia.

Gamelan is a Javanese traditional music instrument. Gamelan contains of saron, bonang, rincik, gambang, rebab, kendang, and gong. Gamelan was performed to accompany important events (seminars, exhibitions, Kecak Dance international events, etc.). Gamelan is liked because of the beautiful sound. In gamelan, it is need unity to make harmony. Gamelan can take a harmonization in life. Gamelan can also reduce stress.

The famous gamelan group is Krakatau Band. Gamelan is not thought as old music, but people enjoy gamelan as ethnic music. Gamelan is an interesting music which needs cooperation between the players. Gamelan is known all around the world and shown as traditional music of indonesia. Gamelan is from some areas in indonesia (Sunda, Yogyakarta, and Bali). Gamelan’s scale is diatonic or pentatonic. Gamelan is collaborated with jazz music to perform a contemporary music (Krakatau Band at 2008 Java Jazz Festival).

Everyone can learn gamelan because gamelan is easy to be practiced. I admire the beautiful sound of gamelan. I ever learn gamelan and perform with my team at some places, but I do not perform again because my team does not exist again. In indonesia, gamelan schools (courses) are not many. I hope that people will build gamelan institutions to educate new generations.

Have you felt hot recently? Global warming affects earth’s temperature. Global warming is caused by human themselves. Human activities cause global warming. Using AC, vehicles, and office equipment (tip- ex) erodes ozone lining that cause global warming. Actually, ozone lining is important that it protects our earth. It is better to prevent burning activities because it increases global warming. The last report shows that Arctic experiences the highest temperature (up 5*C).
