These are some strategy to be a smart worker:
1. Manage performance of work room
Look clearness of the room. Put documents, catalogues, and office equipments in the proper place of table. Keep it clean and tidy! Then, see the source of light.
2. Be focus on work
Let everything which are not relating with the work; such as gossip, family problems, reading materials, conversations via telephone or email, etc. Put full concentration on work. Do work which must finish first!
3. Don’t let work without good reason
Try to do work one by one, until finish. You can also do work 2 or 3 task together to save time.
4. Use technology precisely
Use telephone and internet in function to fast work finishing.
5. Keep your mind from stress
A worker can finish his work well without pressure in his self. Stress pursues brain’s work system.
6. Be a professional
A smart worker must understand about what he works and what the goal of works. He is diligent to solve problems. He solves every problems with his skills.
7. Communication
A communication between worker and boss must be good, so problems can be solved well (meeting).
A smart worker has a good time management (Time is money). He uses the time well, only to solve his work. He has priorities in every works. He works not to get money, but to do wellness (Ora et Labora). He has a spirit to reach success.
When indonesia states smart worker principle? I don’t know. So far, it is not possible to do. The government must repair the human resources. There are only a few people who can be a smart people. We are lack of money to build school (Ache’s natural disaster). Food price increases sharply. We must find a way to success our country. Corruption, collusion, and nepotism must be loosed. We can only pray that wishfully, a miracle comes to indonesia nation.
