Allez Cuisine is a reality show which performs skill of super chefs. Allez Cuisine performs 2 chefs who are from different hotels. Allez Cuisine tests the ability of each chef in processing food ingredient. Allez Cuisine serves local and international foods which have excellent taste. Each chef has same time (1 hour) to finish their cooking. Each chef is tested on clearness, neat, and ability to decorate dish. They are helped by 2 assistants in doing their work. Allez Cuisine invites 3 professional juries to test dishes.

At the end of show, the owner of “Kitchen Stadium” (Derry Drajat) will announce the winner’s name who has right of the prize. In Allez Cuisine; the chef not only struggles prizes, but they also must perform their skill in cooking (Chef who wins 10 times competition will be called “Super Chef”). Do you like spaghetti? Spaghetti is my favorite food. Spaghetti is traditional food of Italy. Spaghetti is a long and thin form of pasta. Spaghetti can be translated as little strings. Spaghetti is popular in the western world. Spaghetti is very delicious. Spaghetti is completed by sauce. It is not difficult to make spaghetti. You can buy spaghetti at the market or order at the restaurant (McDonalds).Spaghetti Bolognaise contains of spaghetti, cheese, onion, beef, beef- tea, oregano, tomato sauce, and paprika.

Spaghetti ice is an ice from Germany. The unique of spaghetti ice cream is its form which likes spaghetti. Spaghetti’s ice cream is not really familiar in indonesia A place which provides spaghetti’s ice cream is Ragusa’ s ice cream restaurant (Veteran Road, Central Jakarta).

Stink bean (petai) is fruit which has bad smell, but has many functions. One group of stink bean usually consists of 10 fruits. Stink bean has length of 30 cm. One stink bean has 12- 15 fruits. Stink bean’s fruits are oval. Stink bean is good for health. Stink bean contains many water and protein. Stink bean can cure depression and hypertension. Stink bean is cheap and easy to get (local market). Stink bean is good to be sayur lodeh (sayur lodeh is complimentary menu of ketupat, consists of pumpkin, corn, stink bean, chili, coconut, and dry shrimp). People like to eat stink bean because the taste is very delicious. Stink bean has already been a favorite food for big part of people. It is better if people who eat stink bean will not socialize because they have bad smell of mouth and go out bad smell of gas.
