Fasting month will come soon. How far your preparation? This is some informations of fasting for Moslems. Perhaps, it will help you.

Actually, God has already provided forgiveness and big profit for man and woman who do worship well. Fasting is shield, door to enter heaven. People who fast get profit without calculation. For fasting people, there are two-happiness. Mouth smell of fasting people is better in God side than kasturi smell. Fasting and Al-Quran will give function to people who do them. Fasting is kaffaarah (sin wiper). Heaven door which names Ar Rayyan is open to people who fast.

Next month (1 September 2008), we will receive holy month of Ramadhan. It is the month which is full with grace, the month which is very specialized by God. Inside the month; there is night which is better from one thousand months, there is full with mercy, forgiveness, and freedom of hell’s fire. It is the month which the arrival is missed and the departure is cried by religious people. All activities are done to reach the top of religiousness. The preparations which are need to have:

1. Prepare good understanding about Ramadhan month.

2. Prepare yourself with enough science.

3. Do physic and mental preparation.

4. Understand principles of Ramadhan month.

a. The month of religious regimentalization and the month of Al Quran giving.

b. The main month, the month in which full of gift.

c. The month of sin forgiveness, the month of gold opportunity to do obedience.

d. The month of manifolding charity.

e. Pilgrim and win month.

Health Tips during Ramadhan month:

1. Strong motivation to fast.

2. Still “sahur” eating.

3. Keep food and drink which contain many sugar when “sahur” eating. (kurma)

4. Soon to open fasting on time.

5. Sport in Ramadhan month.

6. Keep teeth and mouth clearness during fasting.

7. Keep your mind from stress.

8. Do simple activities to save the body’s energy.

9. Eat vitamins to power the immune system.

10. Stop smoking.

11. Stop using drugs and alcohols.
