Nowadays, many people choose modern lifestyle which everything is instant. They are lack of attention to choose food menu which has nutrition standard of 4 healths 5 perfect. (Carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamin and mineral, water). They often fail to manage total of food they consume. Moreover, there are so many junk food restaurants; such as McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken, California Fried Chicken, Texas, etc. Delicious!!! Overeating of fat can cause some illness; likes heart attack, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and so on. Actually; junk food has already been a favorite food to children for a long time, but it must be changed because the trend can make a serious problem on their health.
Everyone certainly wants perfect health. So, what we can do to solve the problem? Vegetarianism can be a true choice. Vegetarian menu is useful for health. Vegetarian menu is also very profitable because the price is cheap. Vegetarian menu is very easy to make vegetarian menu. You only mix one vegetable with others and add fruits (Mix: cabbage, carrot, spinach, French beans, apple, and orange). Vegetarian menu is simple; isn’t it? Fruits and vegetables are very good to be consumed because they contain fibers, vitamins, and minerals. Vegetarian menu is easy to be reserved by the body.
The word “vegetarian” is from Latin language, vegetus; which means health, fresh, and alive. Vegetarian is a call for people who doesn’t consume animal product. Be a vegetarian is not a lifestyle again, but it relates with religion lesson. There are 4 types of vegetarian:
1. Lacto- Ovo-Vegetarian: People who still eat egg, milk, and honey.
2. Lacto Vegetarian: People, who don’t eat egg; but drink milk and honey.
3. Ovo Vegetarian: People who don’t want to consume milk, but receive other processing products.
4. Vegan: People who hardly reject animal product and the processing (also: cloth, shoe, bag, and ornaments from animal’s skin).
Vegetarian is often related with environment and ethics problem. Be vegetarian is better than eating animal products because people can save earth. We protect earth from global warming which is caused by animal’s dust. We can produce more food to complete nutrition demand in indonesia. Another, we can practice the power of human. As the same life creature, we aren’t able to punish and kill animal. The other, chemical elements in vegetables (fruits) can stabilize the measure of blood sugar. Vegetarian is fresh and calm. Vegetarian passes life happier with emotional stability he (she) has.

Be a vegetarian is not an obligation, it is a choice or life principle. If you feel comfortable to be a vegetarian, you will do. But; if you feel uncomfortable, you will be a normal people.
